Description
Genetic Alliance’s goal is to build capacity within the genetics community by being fluid, dynamic, and efficient; working to eliminate obstacles and limitations; and fostering innovation and collaboration. It is in this spirit of building capacity and advancing novel partnerships that Genetic Alliance is offering one grant of $20,000, to be awarded to a single or multi-group organization or consortium towards the start-up fee for membership in the Genetic Alliance BioBank. Applicants are asked to provide a narrative about their organization, their research goals for the BioBank, and examples of utilizing Genetic Alliance tools. Supporting documentation includes financial information, organizational structure, and letters of support. Detailed instructions are included in the application and can be found at www.geneticalliance.org/biobank.
